Time to Eat Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 10, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Mr. Crow LLC (developer profile name Mr. Crow Games) handles information in the Time to Eat mobile application. Time to Eat is a parent-controlled game designed for children to use with a parent or caregiver.

Information the app accesses and collects

Camera data

Time to Eat requests access to the device camera so the game can recognize bite, face, hand, and head movements and respond during play. Camera images are processed in real time on the device. We do not store, upload, transmit, or share photos, video, audio, face images, facial templates, or biometric identifiers from the camera. Camera data is not used to identify a child, build a profile, advertise, or track anyone across apps or websites.

Purchases and app entitlement data

If a parent or caregiver makes an in-app purchase, the applicable app store and our purchase-management provider, RevenueCat, process information needed to complete and validate the purchase. This may include purchase history, product purchased, transaction status, and a pseudonymous app user identifier. We use this information to provide and restore purchased features, prevent fraud, respond to purchase support requests, and understand basic purchase activity, such as which products were purchased. We do not receive or store full payment-card details.

Information you choose to send us

If a parent or caregiver contacts us for support, we receive the information included in the message, such as an email address, the message, and any diagnostic details the sender chooses to provide. Please do not send photos, videos, names, or other personal information about a child.

How we use information

  • To provide the game and its camera-based features.
  • To validate, unlock, and restore in-app purchases, and understand basic purchase activity.
  • To maintain security, prevent fraud, troubleshoot problems, and provide support.
  • To comply with applicable legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use personal information for advertising or cross-app tracking.

When information is shared

We share only the limited information necessary with service providers that perform app-related functions on our behalf:

  • Google Play or Apple App Store processes purchases and provides transaction information needed to fulfill them.
  • RevenueCat manages purchase entitlements, purchase restoration, and basic purchase analytics using transaction data and a pseudonymous app user identifier.

These providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies. Information may also be disclosed if required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect users, the public, our rights, or the security of the app.

Children’s privacy

Time to Eat is intended to be set up and supervised by a parent or caregiver. The app does not require a child to create an account or provide a name, email address, precise location, contacts, or other direct identifiers. The camera behavior described above occurs on the device and is not collected by us. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can investigate and delete it as appropriate.

Data security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect the limited information handled by the app. Purchase-related information sent between the app and service providers is protected in transit using standard encrypted connections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Data retention and deletion

Camera images are processed temporarily on the device during play and are not retained by us. Purchase and entitlement records are retained only as long as reasonably necessary to provide or restore purchased features, maintain security, meet accounting or legal obligations, and resolve disputes. Support messages are retained only as long as needed to respond and maintain appropriate business records.

Time to Eat does not require an app account. A parent or caregiver may request access to or deletion of personal information that we control by emailing info@babblezoobook.com. Please include enough information to locate the relevant record, such as the app user or purchase identifier, but do not send a child’s personal information. App stores and service providers may retain certain transaction records when required by law or their own policies.

Your choices

  • You may deny or revoke camera permission in the device settings. Camera-based gameplay will not function without camera access.
  • You may contact us to ask a privacy question or make a data request.
  • You may manage purchase and subscription settings through the applicable app store.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the app or our practices change. We will post the revised policy at this same URL and update the date above. Material changes will be communicated as required by law.
